Resistance to change has always been there and I make sure that change means growth: for the person, for the team and for the organisation.

It is often not immediately obvious that change can be growth. The trick is to see and uncover the growth potential. That is my talent. I see the butterfly in people before they see it themselves. That is why I prefer to talk about ‘development’ rather than ‘change’. 

My mission is to help leaders have more impact in this ever-changing world:

I help you to gain Insight, create Meaning and take action (Power to ACT). The focus can be on one or more of these three aspects.


As a leader, you will gain greater insight into what is important to you: your talents and goals, the values of yourself, your team or your organisation.

You will also gain greater insight into who you are and your own behaviour and its impact on those around you.

 Which talents do you want to use more to generate more impact? What are your pitfalls? How can you grow in certain aspects or compensate for your pitfalls?


Once you have gained a better insight into what is important to you, we will look together at what this means in concrete terms.

We look at your specific cases or those of your team or organisation.

This search for meaning is often a profound and transformative process. I emphasise the connection between mind, heart and soul.

As a leader, you learn to consciously look at people and situations from new angles. You explore all kinds of aspects to enable personal change or change in your team or organisation.

With growing insight and meaning, you are ready for more action, to really test your intentions. You take all kinds of initiatives to make the desired change visible to yourself, your team or your organisation.
